SPRING'S MAGIC
is transmutation in action
The Spring Equinox marks the moment when light and dark stand in perfect balance. For one brief turning of the Earth, day and night are equal.
Spring doesn’t arrive with perfection. She arrives tender, with mud under her nails and last year’s leaves and broken stems in her hair. Spring arrives dressed in the scraps of seasons that came before… Every year, she gathers what has fallen apart, and the past becomes mulch, transformed into the very soil that nourishes and insulates what grows next.
Movement, Mulch & Myth is a three-hour seasonal sādhana that invites you to bring your ‘scraps’, to arrive tender, and to metabolize the seasons past.
We’ll gather to step into the next cycle consciously. Not by rushing forward but by transforming what has already happened. By taking a moment to pause, to take stock, and ask a simple question: What from your past season belongs in the mulch? What will you transform into fuel for what’s forming?
WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE
Over the course of three spacious hours, we’ll move through a practice designed to mirror the natural arc of transformation.
Ground & Release
We begin close to the earth, with a slow and steady yoga practice that helps ground us into the moment, unwind tension, and clear the residue of the past season.
Warm & Transform
As the practice unfolds, we build warmth and activate Agni — the inner fire that metabolizes experience and turns it into clarity.
Bloom & Grow
We finish with uplifting, heart-opening postures that embody the feeling of new growth emerging from fertile ground.

SELF-STUDY & PLANTING SEEDS
After practice, we’ll take time for quiet reflection and journaling to explore what this season of your life has been composting. After our self-study, we’ll create seeds of intention to nurture over the season. Each participant will plant a seed in soil to take home. A small, living ritual to mark what you are cultivating as the light returns.
Over the coming weeks, you’ll nurture your intention and watch your seed grow. As spring unfolds, you’ll cultivate that small reminder that transformation is rarely dramatic. It’s patient, quiet, steady. Just like you, just like your garden.
