YOU DON'T WANT TO TEACH YOGA

you want to understand what it's been doing to you

Cove's 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is for those who are ready to move from loving yoga... to living it.

'Threshold & Temple' begins March 19, 2026 in Saint John.

YOU'VE FELT THIS PULL FOR LONGER THAN YOU ADMIT

not casually, not impulsively but, in that quiet steady way

The way you’ve wondered why certain classes move you to tears. Why specific teachings land like they were written for your life. Why something in you feels more organized after practice… even if you can’t explain how.

You don’t just want stronger poses.

You want language. You want structure. You want to understand the intelligence that already seems to be shaping you.

And you’re tired of circling it.

If you don’t choose this season…

What else slips away?

Another year of dreaming.

Another season of “maybe next time.”

IF YOU DON'T STEP IN NOW, WHAT HAPPENS?

Nothing dramatic.

Your practice stays good. You keep attending class.

You keep feeling something deeper… without fully entering it.

Intuition becomes another quiet nudge you gently override.

Devotion slowly becomes diluted.
Depth becomes optional.

And the thing that once felt sacred becomes something you squeeze in when you can.

This isn’t a scare tactic... It’s just honest.

There are seasons meant for study.

This might be yours.

THIS ISN'T ABOUT BECOMING A YOGA TEACHER

it's about becoming someone who understands their practice

‘Threshold & Temple’ is a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training rooted in lineage, nervous-system literacy, elemental progression, and reverent study.

But more than that, it’s a structured container for those who:

- Know yoga is changing them
- Want to understand what’s happening beneath the surface
- Feel called to depth, not performance
- Care about context, ethics, and integrity

- May or may not want to teach but are ready to commit to study

you do not need to

want to teach.

you need to want

to go deeper.

HERE'S HOW THIS TRANSFORMS YOU

You’ll study Sanskrit not to impress anyone, but so the language of yoga stops feeling

foreign in your own mouth.

You’ll learn anatomy not as memorization but so you can feel what’s

happening in your body with precision.

You’ll explore sequencing not to choreograph but to understand rhythm, wave, and return.

You’ll study subtle body theory, so your emotional life stops feeling random and

starts feeling patterned.

You’ll practice teaching so your voice steadies even if you only ever

use it in conversation, parenting, leadership, or friendship.

You won’t just “complete a training.”

You’ll become literate in your inner world.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

you don't need another influencer

Sadie Webster headshot.png

You need someone who has walked the path long enough to hold it responsibly.

Sadie has been teaching yoga since 2008. She has trained over 60 teachers, completed more than 1,000 hours of study, taught internationally, and been featured in Yoga International. She has worked across Vinyasa, Yin, pre/postnatal, children’s yoga, and therapeutic applications.

But credentials aside, what defines her teaching is this:

She does not use yoga to escape life. She teaches people how to return to themselves inside it.

Her work is rooted in lineage, restraint, and integrity.
She cares deeply about context. She values discernment.
She builds containers that are intimate, rigorous, and human.

You will not be rushed.
You will not be inflated.
You will be seen, supported, and molded.

STUDENT VOICES

LET'S ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT YOU'RE WEIGHING

because choosing the right program matters

The time is real.

Committing to two evenings and Saturday mornings requires rearranging things.

But what if one season of your life was shaped by study instead of distraction?

The investment is real. $2108 is not casual. But neither is remaining in perpetual curiosity.

This isn’t a weekend workshop that fades. It’s a reorganization of how you practice, discern, and inhabit your life.

The energy required is real.

And so is the energy returned.

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

This is for you if:

•    You feel yoga shaping you and want to understand how
•    You care about lineage and context
•    You are ready to commit to study
•    You want to be refined, not entertained

This is not for you if you want:

•    A fast certification
•    Trend-based sequencing
•    Performance-driven yoga
•    A new line on your resume

only eight will step

into this circle.

when it’s full,

it’s full.

THE NEXT STEP IS SIMPLE

No pressure. No spectacle.

Just a clear doorway.

IS THIS YOU?

be honest

You read the whole page.

You’ve looked at the schedule twice.

You’ve already imagined where you’d sit in the room.

You’ve mentally rearranged a Tuesday evening.

You’ve caught yourself thinking, “If I don’t do it this year, when will I?”

You’re not looking for a new hobby. You’re looking for depth.

You don’t want to perform yoga. You want to understand it.

You don’t need hype. You need structure.

You don’t need to be convinced. You need to trust your gut & decide.

if you’re nodding right now…

you know you're not here by accident.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEL 100% READY

you just have to be done circling it

There is a difference between waiting for clarity and avoiding the threshold. You don’t need to leap blindly. You just need to stop standing at the edge.

If this is your season, step in. Apply now.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE

some frequently asked questions

1. What if I don't want to teach yoga?

You don't have to teach yoga. Some enter this training knowing they want to teach. Most don't: They want to understand their practice more deeply and find meaning on and off the mat.

2. I'm not advanced/ flexible/ strong. Can I still attend?

YES. Feeling advanced, flexible, or strong — those are side effects of yoga, not prerequisites for sustained study. You need a desire & a drive to go deeper into meaningful practice. This isn’t about performing more complicated shapes. It’s about understanding what you’re doing and why.

3. Is the program registered with Yoga Alliance?

No. And that’s intentional. Yoga Alliance is a U.S.-based registry, not a governing body. And here in Canada, yoga remains an unregulated industry. Rather than design this training around bare-minimum, hour-based categories, we designed it to build real competence. Ten hours of anatomy doesn’t automatically create understanding. Logging philosophy hours doesn’t guarantee integration. Time spent isn’t the same as skill developed. Yoga Alliance tracks hours... We focus on whether you can actually teach. That’s the standard that matters.

4. What does the schedule look like?

Two evenings a week and Saturday morning practice. A steady, structured arc through spring.

March 19 – June 30, 2026
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30–9:00pm
Saturdays | 9:00–10:30am
Saint John, NB

5. What happens if I miss a session or fall behind?

Consistent attendance matters. We also know life happens, so we built in some "wiggle room" for those surprise moments (and that road trip you planned last year).  If the need arises, there are structured ways to make up for missed hours or review tough concepts.

6. How do the payment plans work?

Tuition is $2108. To secure your place, a $500 deposit is required. The remaining balance can be divided up between your sign-up date and June 30th.

You can choose:

  • Bi-weekly payments

  • Monthly payments

  • Equal lump sums

Many students align payments with their paydays to make it simple and manageable.

If you want clarity around what that would look like for you specifically, we’ll map it out. Reach out for your money map.

7. Why only 8 spots?

Cove is cozy by design. We know the size of the cohort can make or break your experience. A cap of 8 means you’ll be seen, means your questions won’t get lost, and means your voice is heard. It's intimate enough to open the direct line of communication between student and teacher. Traditionally, this is the way the transmission of this wisdom has always been done: in discussion.
