You don’t need another resolution.
You need space to breathe.

By mid-December, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. You’ve been holding everything—work, family, inboxes, expectations. And beneath it all, a quiet voice whispers: I don’t want to stumble into another year on autopilot.

You’ve tried the vision boards, the planners, the workshops that promise transformation but leave you overwhelmed. You’re not looking for hype. You’re craving something honest. Something grounding. Something that actually feels good.

You want to mark this turning point in a way that means something...

Then an invitation like this appears.

Ritual meets restoration in a retreat built for your real life.

On Sunday, December 21st from 10am - 1pm, you’ll step into a thoughtfully curated circle Uptown SJ surrounded by winter stillness, candlelight, and community.

You’ll be guided through an experience designed to nourish you body, mind & spirit. Imagine arriving, choosing something warm to sip from the cocoa bar.

Your mat is waiting.

Yoga

A restorative Yin Yoga practice that gently unwinds tension

Massage

Nourishing Thai Yoga Massage to reconnect body and breath

Apocalyst

Guided journaling to create your map of what to release & what to carry forward

Sips

A curated solstice snack box and cocoa bar, where nourishment becomes ritual

This isn’t about self-improvement. It’s about self-honoring.

You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself, to the season, and to a vision that’s actually yours.

The Sacred Sips Flow

We designed this retreat with care, intention, and simplicity so you never have to guess what’s next.

Built for people who want more than just another yoga class

We know what you’re craving because we’ve been there.
Overwhelmed. Overcommitted. Under-nourished.

This isn’t about being the most “spiritual” (or the most flexible) person in the room.

It’s about claiming the time to rest.
