Over the course of this 40-hour training, you’ll explore Yin Yoga and meditation in a way that feels both accessible and profound.​ You’ll learn how to:

  • Practice Yin Yoga safely and confidently with a deeper understanding of connective tissue, joints, and fascia

  • Recognize the difference between healthy sensation and strain (for yourself and your students)

  • Sequence Yin classes that feel intentional rather than random

  • Use breath, stillness, and silence in ways that support—not overwhelm—the nervous system

  • Let meditation arise naturally from practice, instead of forcing it

Anatomy, philosophy, and energetics are integrated in a clear, practical way—so the learning stays with you long after the course ends.
