Weekly Practice

Cancellation Policy

Our weekly practice is a small-group offering with limited spaces. Your registration secures a spot that cannot be resold at the last minute, so we ask that you book thoughtfully.

• Class fee: $20 per person, per class

• All bookings are final unless noted below

 

Transfers
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Please email bliss@coveyoga.ca in advance to let us know the name of the person attending in your place.

 

Cancellations

• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your $20 may be held on account for a future experience.

• Credit is also considered in extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.

• Credits must be requested by email and applied manually—future bookings using credit must also be reserved by email.

No-Shows

• No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit the class fee.

• Missed classes do not transfer, do not roll over, and do not go on account.

Refusal of Service

Cove Yoga reserves the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or remove participants from any class, event, or program at our discretion. 

 

This may occur when participation is not aligned with the values, structure, or expectations of the space, or when continued participation would compromise the safety, integrity, or experience of the container for the teacher or other participants.

When service is refused prior to the start of an offering, any fees paid will be refunded in full. Cove Yoga is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for the refusal of service and will not engage in further correspondence regarding such decisions.

 

This policy exists to ensure a respectful, self-responsible, and supportive environment for all participants — and keeps our weekly practice sustainable, intentional, and available to those who truly plan to attend.
