SOMATIC YIN & MEDITATION (4 WEEK SERIES)

for people who feel wired at night, tight in their body, and know more movement isn’t fixing it

Most people don’t have a flexibility problem. They have a downregulation problem.

They move a lot. They stretch. They stay active. But by the end of the day, their body is still tight and their mind is still running. They scroll instead of sleeping, feel wired even when they’re exhausted, and start to realize that more movement isn’t solving it.

Doing more isn’t going to fix this. You’re missing a different skill.

This series teaches you how to bring your system down. Not just during class, but in a way that carries into your evenings, your sleep, and the moments where you usually feel the most reactive or overstimulated.

Each session is structured to get you there. You’ll shift out of your day with breathwork, reset your system through slow, controlled somatic movement, then move into long-held yin postures that work past muscle and into fascia. From there, guided meditation brings the entire system down further. You leave with one clear point to carry into the week, not a list of things you won’t use.

The progression is the point. Week one focuses on how to set up the body so the practice actually lands. Week two trains you to stay still without fidgeting or checking out. Week three separates real release from pushing through sensation. Week four is where you feel the rebound—when the body stops snapping back to its usual tension patterns. Miss a week and you’ll feel the gap.

Most classes don’t teach you how to read your body. They give you movement and assume the rest will follow. That’s why people stay tight, even when they’re consistent. Here, you’ll learn how tension actually works—through fascia, the nervous system, and basic meridian theory—so you can adjust your practice instead of repeating the same approach and hoping it lands differently.

This tends to land with people who are already active but know something isn’t clicking. Runners who can’t unwind at night. Lifters who feel constantly tight. Yoga students who enjoy flow but still feel wired afterward. It does not work for people looking for a workout or anyone unwilling to slow down long enough to notice what’s actually happening.

Sundays, 10:00–11:30 AM

April 26 – May 17

Capped at 8 people

$120 for the full series

You’ve trained your body to push. This is where you learn how to come down—and why that’s been the missing piece.

This series tends to attract people who are already active but feel like something is missing. Runners who can’t unwind at night. Lifters who feel constantly tight. Yoga students who enjoy flow but know it’s not addressing this layer. It does not appeal to people looking for a workout or anyone who has no interest in slowing down long enough to notice what’s actually going on.

Details are simple. Sundays, 10:00–11:30 AM, from April 26 to May 17. The group is capped at eight people to keep it focused and intentional. The series is $120 and runs as a fixed cohort.
