Vijnana Yoga
This class focuses on the foundations of the Vijnana Yoga asana practice including; an introduction to pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy; practice of Gioia Irwin’s tensegrity series to balance the myofacial lines within the body; a firm grounding in standing postures and basic forward bends; and an introduction to backbends and arm balances. Students of all levels learn and deepen their mind body connection as they incorporate the seven vital principles into their yoga practice improving strength, flexibility, alignment and grace.
Vinyasa/Flow Yoga
Breathe and Flow. The dynamic flow sequences of these classes build strength, increase flexibility and leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized. Detailed instruction will help you discover improved alignment, connection to core and more easeful movement. Movement with breath will help you slow the mind and connect with your unique inner guide.
Yin Meditation
This class brings a slow meditative approach to asana and includes plenty of breath work, long holds and a long, guided relaxation to bring you to a blissfully relaxed state and set you up for a great night’s sleep.
Hatha Intermediate
This intermediate level Hatha class offers detailed instruction as you build on foundation poses and approach and master more difficult postures.
