Open, balanced, connected feet are essential to any yoga pose.
Learn how to work with the feet and toes to:
- create a strong foundation for standing poses
- create arches in flat feet
- connect through the bodies myofacial lines to bring lightness and ease to posture
- connect and strengthen the core
- help master balance poses of all sorts (standing poses and arm balances)
